Hi there!
I’m 27 years old, travelling and working around the world for some years now. I’m born and raised in the beautiful Dolomites region in North Italy and my passion and profession is cooking. As a chef I‘ve been working with many different concepts around the world with the focus on sustainability - like farm to table restaurants, biodynamic farms/gardens and wineries.
As my dad owns a bricklayer company, I started at young age to work with him to gain elementary skills in construction.
And last but not least: I‘m in love with all kind of animals - especially cats and dogs.
As there is always something new to learn, I‘m currently training my website skills and would appreciate some input in case someone is familiar with it.
I like the variety - whether it was the Sailing Yard in the Caribbean or the luxury Loft in North Norway - I can truly say about myself that I adapt quickly and I’m open to everything!
I am looking forward to exciting adventures with workaway!

I worked for 4 years in my dads company as bricklayer.

As i worked in Farm To Table Restaurants I have lots of experience in gardening and animals (cows, pigs, chicken..)
