Hi there,

I am Martynas, but just call me Martyn. Been living like nomad for past 5 years, visited numerous countries and saw a lot. My earlier travels included mostly cities, but I have grown a bit tired of them already and I find my joy when I am in a rural towns, nature, a bit farther away from cement jungle (but there's still a part of me inside who can't not dance when I hear reagaton in a club).
I grew up in a country side, in a cattle farm and grew up fond of animals. I am on a quieter side of people, love to listen to a good story and have discussion why things are the way they are.
People kept talking how great workaway is and decided to finally to see it for myself and get lifelong memories!

Grew up in a cattle farm, so I have quite a bit of experience dealing with animals, even thought it wasn't a big one still my life after school revolved caring for them. Driving heavy equipment including tractors, combine harvester etc. After the school I have worked in construction sector started as a handyman and after a bit became crew lead, worked with solar panels for a few years and past couple years been working in USA in telecomunications sector (building internet towers and similar jobs) this type of work hardened me and ain't no job that is too hard. Also in between I did a lot of odd jobs like being a line cook, working as an assistant wedding manager. My resume is very colourful, but it is dominated by work in construction sector.
