I'm passionate about salsa dancing, traveling and learning about different cultures, languages and teaching them. I’ve lived several times abroad and realized that it was the kind of traveling I enjoyed most. I’ve been thinking about doing a Workaway for a few years now and have finally started to organize my trip.
I'm more of a quiet listener than an avid talker and do my best to keep my positive mindset. I get easily hooked on a book or series and get relaxed by my weekly swim. I’m not necessarily adventurous but like to try new things if they don’t include spiders or any kind of skydiving.

More details about my language interests
I enjoy learning about new languages, and improve the ones I already know. There are so many things (words, expressions, foods, etc.) you can only learn while traveling and living with natives. I don't think I'll ever be fully satisfied of my Spanish or English, or even French knowledge. I love teaching languages because it's (I believe) an important tool to unlocking opportunities. And they're so fascinating, don't you think? Did you know that Javanese had 4 levels of politeness, and each concept had 4 different words, one for each level? Like "water" will have 4 different words depending on whether you talk to your grand-parents, your teacher, your friend or a kid.

I've got a Master's degree in Translation (English & Spanish into French) as well as Teacher's degree in ESL (Engllish as a second language) and ELE (Español lengua extranjera).

I've given private online Spanish, English and French classes, have worked as a translator for my internship in Santiago (Chile), have worked as an English language assistant in a primary school near Alicante (Spain) and have worked in a chocolate shop (store & production) for over two years.
