Description
Having both recently graduated from university, we are super excited to begin travelling and to see more of the world before we have any permanent commitments back home!
We have been close friends for more than a decade with very similar interests: we both studied English Literature for our degrees, but also are very interested in history and music.
Both of us call the Peak District home, a very hilly part of the UK that is famous for its scenic walks, which is one of our shared hobbies that we hope to do more of whilst travelling!
We are friendly and enthusiastic about getting stuck in with whatever projects or jobs you would like help with, whether it's something we have experience with or an opportunity to develop new skills.

- we both have lots of practical experience in and around the house: cooking, cleaning, gardening, looking after pets (Jo's family have dogs and Ruth has had cats & small animals), decorating
- Jo has been working for the last 6 months as a personal assistant to a university student, supporting them with personal care and the day-to-day demands of studies
- we are also both more than happy to help with any sort of writing tasks where our degrees could be useful!

We are big fans of board games and jigsaws! We are also rather nerdy about lots of sci-fi and fantasy media.
Jo has played the violin for many years and we both enjoy music.
