Hello, my name is Jake and I’m currently solo travelling Europe. I’ve wanted to travel since I was young and meeting new people, cultures and customs is what I love. This is my first time on workaway but I love the concept of bringing like-minded people together for mutual benefit. My favourite part of going to a new place is mixing with the locals and trying the food!

I would love to learn or try to learn any language. I’m currently trying to learn French and Spanish but I’m still a beginner. But I love languages in general! I’m also more than happy to teach English.

I’m a chef by trade so any cooking I would love to help with but also cultivation of sustainable eating entices me. I would love to help in gardens whether that be weeding or potting plants. I’m also very able to help with building projects, i have little experience but I’m always wanting to learn new skills and help where I can. As well I’m happy to look after or help with children and/or pets :)
