Greetings, Workaway!
My name is Jacob Gust -- it is an honor to have your valuable time and attention.
I am a hardworking, intellectual man, eager to explore far beyond the borders I have existed within for my 32 years on this beautiful Earth.

I have traversed the US and gained a vast array of experiences: Touring as a professional musician, working on farms, solar power work, catering/service industry, volunteering, photography, and beyond. All of my experiences have thoroughly equipped me to be in this very moment; to step into a calling upon my life to go boldly into something bigger than myself, and different than anything I've experienced yet.

Opportunities to serve others, experience new cultures and challenge myself are at the foundational core of my motivation and joy in life -- The more years I have under my belt, the more I have become passionate about passion itself. I share in these foundational drives with my partner, Anya, and her son, Yuri -- Together we form a three-fold cord that is unbreakable. Our experiences separately and together make us a holistic unit, one that has much to offer in humble service, support and open-mindedness. We are so thrilled to export our unique flavor to a brand new place!

We are all very passionate about learning new languages; we love to honor our diverse heritages, as well as teach others what we know. I (Jacob) took 8 years of Spanish in school from native speakers of many different countries. I have also taken an interest in my Greek, Turk, Italian and Russian heritage over the years, learning at least some of all these languages. My great grandfather immigrated here from Greece in 1958. In his homeland, he was an English teacher. This was very clearly passed down to me, as I have always had a natural affinity and strength in English and languages in general.
