Description

Hi! My name is Imogen, I hail from a small country town in NSW, I grew up on a hobby farm with chickens, dogs, cats, horses, goats, etc. I like the simple things like baking, gardening, animal care and painting (Oil painting is my favourite at the moment). As a kid and as now as an adult I can spend a lot of time just wandering in nature, it is the most relaxing thing to me. I am currently learning how to play instruments (tenor saxophone) and am happy to share any knowledge I have!

I have always wanted to travel, I think seeing things for yourself is the best way to learn and would love to be able to aid in teaching English while maybe also learning another language myself. I am most interested in impressionist painting, theology and jazz music so if you like any of those things we are definitely going to get along! I would love the opportunity to learn about each others cultures and lifestyles in the most sincere way and to make some friends along the way :)

I can do all of the basic things; cooking, cleaning, gardening, sewing etc. I grew up on a hobby farm and have a long time of experience taking care of a range of animals. My best ability is definitely my ability to learn though! I am very willing to take in any information and do my best. I love cooking, my mum and I used to bake a lot when I was young and so I keep up the tradition of baking breads, muffins, breakfasts and cooking the traditional dishes that she used to cook, it is my love to cook for others. I am not too strong when it comes to physical labour but I am always eager to give things a good go!

I love nature trails and hiking, just exploring a new place is always so exciting. I have a lot of love for music, jazz is my favourite. I also like to just have interesting conversations!
