Dear reader, it is difficult to explain certain things as one is in constant change. But let us start from the obvious: I come from the tiny independent Republic of Malta, born and bred and recently just moved to Portugal. The plan is to stay build roots and a new me. I love to travel, well-being, learning, dancing, art, devotional service and life in general. I am enthusiastic, hard working but with a good balance of relaxation and fun too. I love interacting with people, learning. listening and it is important I have my alone space too. I am very respectful, may be loud due to being Mediterranean, but normally am very quite and observant.

What else ...
I am at the moment cleansing Candida (yeast overgrowth) from my gut, therefore, i am on a restrictive diet which is so helping me in healing and feeling better. Please respect this fact and let me prepare or show you how to prepare my own food :) Sometimes I may be low or out of energy due to this but nothing alarming if I stay on track :)
