I aim to learn animal husbandry and sustainable building techniques as well as all legal aspects of agricultural entrepreneurship. I love the ocean and plan to learn sailing. I am active and fit and am a happy workaholic who has the stamina to work 80 or more hours a week. That being said I also love to take the time to relax and simply appreciate nature and good company. I was a VISTA Volunteer here in the states for three years. My two VISTA sites served the local elderly with access to health services and families with young at risk children. I very much enjoyed helping my community. I have had a wide range of jobs/careers/college majors but am an entrepreneur at heart. I have an Etsy page where I sell seaglass jewelry and driftwood. I also am an energy consultant for a company called Think Energy. I look forward to meeting folks who are interested in sustainable business practices which can add to the health of the planet and the people who live on it. I believe that if the earth has a healthy microbiome then humans will as well and this will lead to greater harmony among people and nature.

I enjoy gardening, working with animals, yoga, meditation, hiking and all forms of sports and exercise. I am a Reiki practitioner. I hold a CDL license in the US. I'm about 3 classes short of having a bachelor's in psych and I've double majored briefly in criminal justice, also minored in family studies. I originally started school majoring in business. I prefer the "school of life" to university and probably won't return to school. If I did, I would major in architecture. My Spanish skills are fairly minimal, but I aspire to become fluent.
