Description
We are both friendly, hard working and adventurous people!
We are both from New Zealand and have spent the last 18months working in London - myself in environmental compliance within supply chains, and Will in the finance and agri-tech sectors.
Although we have spent the last year or so in the city, we are both from rural NZ and would love to spend the rest of our UK time exploring some of the rural areas! We have work experience on farms (general animal work and operating machinery), orchards, vineyards, hospitality, catering and I also have experience in social media/website work so could support any business operations you may have in this space.
(Hannah) In my spare time I love getting outdoors into nature and exploring new places, or simply just getting some fresh air! Hiking, biking and running are a great way to spend my spare time.
I play the piano and flute, enjoy reading and painting, and am interested in learning about different cultures and history. I'm a social and happy person with a great group of friends I enjoy going out for a casual drink with or fun weekend away!
I (Will) am into everything fitness and outdoors and like to spend my spare time running, mountain biking, road biking, skiing and going to the gym. I also played rugby all through school and uni and love watching all kinds of sports! I am also very interested in the history of different towns/cities and learning about different cultures.
I have a great group of friends that I hang out with for weekend BBQs, camping or going out to the pub for a beer to catch up after a weeks work.
We both enjoy trying new things and traveling around new places in New Zealand and Europe together so we can't wait to see more of the world!

More details about your skills
We have a variety of skills built up over years from working and studying in different industries. We have both worked in retail, cafes, as a vineyard hand, out on farms, in orchards, in fruit pack houses, and helped maintain the 20 arce woodland garden that my (Hannah) family own.
I (Hannah) have also done some tutoring while at university, as well as baby sitting and dog walking over the years. I was a competitive gymnast for a long time so during uni I was a youth gymnastics coach for the local gym.
I (Hannah) have a Bachelors degree in Commerce majoring in Supply Chain Management and Global Business and have a strong interest in the sustainability side of commercial business and how we could improve. I have spent the last few years working for a freight forwarding logistics company in New Zealand where I completed documentation for export shipments out of NZ, and was their process improvement and projects coordinator - and have really enjoyed progressing my career so far!
I (Will) have a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Commerce and after working on a variety of different types of farms since I was very young, have been working in the Rural sector of the Bank for the last few years. I am a senior member of the team who actively engages with my 200+ farm clients, and so far in my financial career have really enjoyed the role and working with the team at the bank!
At my (Hannah) family home they have a large old homestead so I have always helped with the cleaning, cooking and general maintenance of the property. All the odd jobs inside and out!
We have both worked with all kinds of machinery, and Will especially has a lot of experience with heavy machinery and practical work outdoors (although he's very good at the indoor chores too!).
We both have great communication skills, good attention to detail and are hard working in any role. We are both looking forward to taking a break from our corporate careers to help out around someones property with whatever is needed!
The creative side of me (Hannah) is also shown in a small side business I have where I designed and sold reversible dresses as a slow fashion alternative choice for women. I learnt how to set up websites (I also run my parent's business website), do the financial side of things and work with the manufacturers to get the designs right.
I (Will) have also have a side business running on and off over many years, which is collecting, splitting and selling firewood to customers from family friends property. This helped fund my accommodation and courses while at university and was a great way to meet members of the community!

Overall friendly and helpful couple looking to get immersed in work in another country to help us get a better feel for the area, the history of that area and to get to know the people who own the property.
