Hi there! My name is Guillaume, I am a 29 years old guy from France who lives in Belgium. I have travelled through Europe by land for a year with my girlfriend Adele. Actually, my goal is not only travelling, but also to take part in meaningful projects.

I am open-minded, sociable, and I like to have fun! In my free time I like playing guitar and electronic music. Since the lockdown, maybe because I live in a beer country, I brew my own beer. I also love to spend time into the nature. But above all, I really enjoy to discover new places and new people!

I am currently in career change. After 4 years in the banking sector (which I didn't like), I decided to discover what I really want to do. I hope Workaway might helps me to discover new things in line with my values.

My previous job was in risk management then I know how to use Excel and to analyse and optimise processes.

Also, I volunteered in a festival in the South of France for the safety road prevention, as a sound ingeneer in an associative Radio in Brussels, and in a freeshop for people in need in Athens.

I can do some administrative tasks and I have some IT skills like managing a Web site and graphic design but it's been long time.

Moreover, I experienced welcoming guests and take care of them, I worked in a tourism office 2 months and at the front desk in a bank 1 year.

And :
- Cooking, I love food so as I wanted to eat well, I had to learn how to cook!
- Brewing beer, I became an homebrewer during the lockdown
- Harvesting and pressing grapes to make wine, I experienced few little times in Georgia and Belgium
- Gardening and plant care, I love plants and herbs and used to have some at home, so I have a basic knowledge of it
- Small manual works like painting, fixing, or DIY
- Cleaning and Tidying up
- Pet care, I grew up with cats and dogs
