Description
Hi everyone :-) I'm Geoff from the UK, I'm 54 and find myself in a position to travel again! I first went backpacking way back in the early 90s through S.E.Asia, Australia and New Zealand. So looking forward to travelling around again for a while, having new experiences and seeing new places while helping people along the way.
Over the years I've worked as a chef, barman, and waiter, I ran my own photography studio business, set up and ran a bed and breakfast, also worked as a care assistant with elderly clients, a support worker working with adults with mobility and learning disabilities, and had many jobs along this journey. I do love variety, and can turn my hands to just about anything!
My big passion is photography so I'm hoping to get some great photos and videos along the way, and also spend some time doing what work I can remotely
At the moment I'm house-sitting for a friend in the beautiful city of Bologna, Italy. I'm heading back to the UK in September and planning to be off travelling to warmer climates before winter!Interests

I’m also a qualified chef and have worked in many restaurants and hotels in the UK, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
Over the years, I’ve helped with and worked in lots of places from bar work, cleaning, property maintenance, house keeping, web design, CNC design and manufacturing.
I’m a passionate freelance photographer and digital artist selling prints of my work both online and in a local gallery, and ran my own photography studio for over 10 years.Age

It's my first time visiting India, I arrived tired and jetlagged as most people do, to be warmly welcomed by Dee.
I was Immediately made to feel welcome in this crazy and beautiful country. After giving me plenty time to settle in, Dee took time to chat with me about this wonderful NGO, the projects they've previously done,… read more
Thank you for your patience. Thank you for the care you took in every task you took on. I am walking around and seeing soo many things that you improved and fixed for us. Thank you for you kindness and quiet observations in our team. Thanks for being so open to something… read more
I spent 4 weeks on Rhuba Phoil in September 2022, the most interesting and powerful experience was adapting to the way the community works, with self-care and time in nature doing our "sit spot" practice being the priority. Main meal times are really interesting, when the weather permits, are always around an open fire at… read more
