I am currently working in London. I will finish work 1st of August and start travelling then. I am looking for a workaway toward the end of August through to September.

Description

Hi, my name is Genevieve! I am from Australia and have moved to London for work about 18 months ago.

I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to have visited many countries in Europe since moving to this side of the world. I also love to travel around Australia and Asia.

What motivates me and brings me happiness is helping others, being out in nature, cooking and sharing food, the ocean, the sun and being with friends and family.

I am looking for a new challenge, to meet new people and learn new things! I would love to become better at the Italian language, learn about traditional foods and ways of cooking, help teach English, help with fruit and vegetable growing/picking, help with the winemaking process and experience a different way of life!

I learnt Italian in primary school and worked in an Italian restaurant for nearly three years and would love to build on my basic knowledge of the language.

I grew up on a vineyard and winery so I have experience with fruit picking and making wine as well as looking after the animals we had at the winery (chickens, ducks, a dog and a cat).
I have a lot of experience in hospitality, working in a bar and restaurant for many years. I love cooking and baking, especially sourdough bread.
I have been working in an office job for over two years now so I have excellent computer and communication skills as well.
I am a very organised, clean and tidy person.
