Hi there everyone
I’m excited about joining Workaway
I’m a young 70 yr old a registered nurse but retired 4 yrs ago after my partner died
I visit family regularly in Southern Ireland love to travel meet up with friends my main interest is folk singing and enjoy folk clubs and festivals
I also liove children and have lots of experience with them I like looking after people and making them feel comfortable I thoroughly enjoy cooking and gardening don’t mind housework and ready for new challenge
I’m not really any good at long hikes ! I am fully mobile although feel I waddle like a duck when I walk since my hip operation 7 yrs ago I am quite strong I can carry things ! I have.a clean driving liscence I’m told I’m fun to be with so hopefully some of you will agree !

Play monopoly and various board games with grandchildren enjoy teaching children to cook and develop through play and enjoy helping the elderly in our society to reach their full capability with support
Enjoy nature short walks only no hikes love going on boats but don’t sail purely for pleasure or fishing which I loved in Iceland and I caught the biggest fish on the boat !!!
