My name is Flor, and I’m from Córdoba, Argentina.
Ever since I can remember, I've had this burning desire to travel and immerse myself in different cultures, experiencing life from a local's perspective.
I consider myself to be a curious, open-minded, empathic, and enthusiastic person. My ultimate dream is to get to know cultures, learn their languages, and connect with new people, sharing memories and worldviews while gaining invaluable knowledge from every person. So I believe Workaway is the perfect platform for me to make this dream come true.

I'm excited about pushing myself beyond my comfort zone and working hard to broaden my horizons. Totally up for diving into new challenges and getting a fresh take on things. I'm a pretty social person, love snapping pics and jumping into cool projects with others. Got this lively vibe that keeps me going, but I also enjoy those quiet moments for some introspection.

I'm into science stuff like chemistry and physics, but I'm also drawn to creative pursuits such as crafting, taking photos and gardening. Animals hold a special place in my heart, and I find solace spending time in nature, connecting with the environment. I always try to be as eco-friendly as I can.
I truly believe that every job, no matter what it is, teaches you something new and valuable.

I consider myself a very versatile person who learns quickly. I've been living alone for the past 2 years, so I'm used to doing household chores. I've worked as a barista, waitress, and cashier. I love crafts and cooking, and I also have experience in painting and restoring my mom's house. Right now, I'm taking a content manager course. But I'm open to any type of job.

Meditation, reading and long walks in nature are activities that bring me profound joy, just like cooking and experimenting with new vegan recipes. While I spent the last year studying Biotechnology at university, I decided to take this year as a gap year to evaluate my true passion and focus on personal growth. With the help of my family and friends I was able to come to Mexico City in April, where I've been working as a waitress. These five months have been transformative, as I feel I've grown more than I ever did back home. It was during this time that I realized my love for my career and reaffirmed my decision to continue my studies next year.
