Hi!

I am Floor, a 25 year old Dutchie living and studying in Amsterdam. Currently, I'm pursuing a Political Economy Masters, which is very cool. However, what really gets me going is travelling! I am an adventure enthousiast, and I am happiest in an environment with like-minded, open and enthousiastic people around me.

I love to learn, whether it's a new skill, new knowledge or meeting new people! I just recently returned from India, where I did an internship and got to live in Delhi for 6 months. Now, back in Amsterdam, I'm looking for new opportunities to combine my love for learning, meeting new people and exploring new places! I still have a few months left of my Masters, but whenever I have a longer study-break, I love to do a Workaway, as I feel it adds an extra dimension to exploring a new envrionment by offering a helping hand to people with similar mindsets as mine. Next to that, I really enjoy a small break from the work-study slur in Amsterdam ;).

That being said, I would love to contribute to your project, and hopefully see you soon!

- Writing pieces (for marketing or promotional purposes for example)
- Experience in sales and marketing due to past jobs
- Photography
- 5+ years of hospitality and hostess experience (worked in restaurants, on events and in a bar)
- Some cooking experience (love to cook in my free time, and worked in a kitchen for 3 months)
- I enjoy yoga, boxing and running but I am not a certified teacher (yet ;) ), I love every outdoor activity

- As I already mentioned, I am a big outdoors fan! I love hikes and trail runs and I really enjoy watersports (from wakeboarding to sailing to surfing)
- I love playing cards and learning new cardgames. We can teach eachother!
- I enjoy singing, it always boosts my mood. But still quite shy to do so in public...
- I am a big music fanatic. From disco to jazz to funk, I love it all
- I would love to learn how to play an instrument, can't play one yet unfortunately
