Mi nombre es Cristina y vivo con mi hija Maia (de 13 años) en la hermosa ciudad de Granada, en el sur de España. He viajado por muchos países cuando era joven, con mi mochila por Latinoamérica (Bolivia, Perú, Ecuador, Guatemala y México), India y Nepal, casi siempre solo, aunque conocí a muchas personas que me facilitaron el camino (Siempre me ha resultado más fácil socializar). También visitó varios países de Europa y por supuesto estuve varias veces en Marruecos, que está tan cerca del sur de España donde vivo. Nos gustaría realizar este trabajo para mejorar nuestro inglés y vivir esta experiencia junto con mi hija, que conocemos a otras personas y su cultura. Amamos la naturaleza, los animales y las plantas y nos gustaría quedarnos en un lugar en el campo y tal vez podamos aprender jardinería, permacultura y una forma de vida sostenible. Sería ideal para nosotras combinar mi tiempo de trabajo y al mismo tiempo aprender más inglés. Yo tengo el certificado de inglés B1, entiendo bastante pero necesito practicar más la conversación para coger fluidez. Maia estudia inglés en la escuela y también está tomando clases privadas.

I studied Sociology and Photography. Currently I work as a trainer on issues such as gender equality, coexistence and interculturality, very often using photography as a creative methodology in my workshops (for children and teenagers).

I lived in Paris for two years as a University student working as an ‘au pair’, cleaner and waitress, since it was the only way to keep the cost of living in that city.

I like cooking, and I can to help with organizing and cleaning the house. I am also used to be around children and I love playing and learning with them. I could come up with some creative activities such as capturing the essence of their world through photography. My daughter Maia is very active and creative and she is an extrovert girl. She loves to get to know other children.

I am a volunteer at ACCC Granada, an organization that plants trees to fight climate change, and I also take part in caring for an orchard with a group of mothers and fathers from my daughter's school.
