Hi!
my name is Maya an I am Bolivian, who decided to travel one year to Croatia to share and exchange knowledge and experiences with new cultures.

I have experience working for social well being and community creation (15 years at an NGO), through workshops on personal growth, cultural management, project development and management, aimed especially at young people and women. As well speaking about another skills such as Graphic Design.

I am fast learner and great supporter. I am happy to enjoy love and life having new experiences.

I am a proactive and enthusiastic woman, a seeker and creator of magical moments. I am 37 years old, I have a degree in Graphic Design and visual communication with 15 years of experience in a non-profit NGO focused on the prevention and care of cases of violence and the restitution of rights focused mainly on girls, boys, teenagers and young people and women. During these years of work, my work performance has been very broad and versatile since in addition to Graphic Design I was a cultural manager and monitor of a Rap collective in a gang prevention project with young people and teenagers, later I was promoted as head manager of this project, during the pandemic I developed and coordinated a community urban garden project for families who were unable to satisfy their basic food needs. I also have knowledge in yoga and Reiki.

Soy una mujer proactiva y entusiasta, una buscadora y gestora de mágicos momentos. Tengo 36 años, soy licenciada en Diseño Gráfico y comunicación visual con13 años de experiencia en una ONG sin fines de lucro centrada en la prevención y atención de casos de violencia y la restitución de derechos enfocada principalmente a niñas, niños, adolescentes, jóvenes y mujeres. Durante estos 13 años de trabajo mi desempeño laboral ha sido muy amplio y versátil ya que además de el Diseño Gráfico fui gestora cultural y monitora de un colectivo Rap en un proyecto de prevención de pandillas con jóvenes y adolescentes, posteriormente fui ascendida a la coordinación de dicho proyecto, durante la pandemia desarrolle y coordiné un proyecto de huertos urbanos comunitarios para familias que se veían imposibilitadas de satisfacer sus necesidades básicas de alimentación, también tengo conocimientos en yoga y Reiki.
