Rather quiet by nature, I'm a great lover of literature and cinema. More specifically, East Asian cinema.
I love walking, especially in mountainous landscapes. I run regularly in the hope of taking up trail running one day.
Originally from Paris, I've traveled a lot before, including a year in Indiana (USA) during my highschool years and three years in Montreal (CAN) for my bachelor.
I enrolled on this site because I think the best way to discover a country is through its people and local culture and by getting off the touristic side.

I have a very academic background, with a degree in history and a master's on censorship in cinema.
For the past few months, I've been working as an assistant for a documentary production company, particularly in archive research.

I'm very comfortable in English and I'm more of a teacher, so I can teach you a few words of French if you're curious.

For the last few years I've been an usherette at a concert hall, so I'm used to welcoming people into a new place and staying calm despite the situation.

I love walking and run four times a week to keep fit, so I'm not bothered by the prospect of physical work.

I think I'm best at recommending a good movie. No matter the genre or your personal tastes, I'll always have a recommendation for you!
