Hi, I’m Charlie, I’m a friendly and hardworking traveller from the UK, currently exploring Japan. I’ve just spent four months working a ski season in Niseko, where I gained experience in hospitality, customer service, and outdoor work.
I also have a background in agriculture and driving, so I’m happy to help with farm work, guest services, or general maintenance. I enjoy hands-on tasks, learning new skills, and being part of a team.

I have several years of experience working in both agriculture and hospitality, including bars and restaurants. Since November, I’ve been working in Japan—first in a ski rental shop for two months, and then as a Guest Experience Ambassador at a hotel in Niseko for another two months. My role has involved driving guests to their destinations, assisting with maintenance tasks, and helping out wherever needed.
I’m a quick learner, energetic, and always eager to take on new challenges. I love gaining new skills, meeting people from different backgrounds, and experiencing new ways of life. I’m open to a variety of volunteer opportunities and excited to contribute wherever I can!
