  • Description

I’m an interdisciplinary storyteller drawn to daily life's quiet, sacred moments.

With over 7 years of experience in communication strategy across gender and humanitarian work, I’m now shifting toward work that reflects what I value most: beauty, stillness, and presence.

My approach to photography and videography is both methodical and meditative. Informed by years of personal travel, deep listening, and creative exploration, I offer honest, intentional documentation of your retreat or gathering — for both social media and personal archives.

My work is rooted in consent, curiosity, and connection.

  • More details about your skills

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, and have formal work experience in the field of Policy Analysis, Children's Rights and Community Engagement.
I find meaning in engaging with people in my professional activities. Highlights include working with 300+ youth in South Africa in Mozambique, connecting them to local NGOs where they contribute with their skills, and empower NGOs to continue their development work. Connecting people with growth is a pillar of my contribution to our world.
As people are the centre of my engagements, I also enjoy connecting through social media. I've written and published in several international publications (Okayafrica, News24, Youth Time) on topics like politics, culture, and society. I've also managed social media accounts for large events, such as the annual Africa Youth Leadership Seminar (AFROX LDS), held in Nairobi, Kenya. With my team, we reached 15,000 Facebook likes, and an interaction of 1 million likes and comments! This was an amazing moment as a social engagement coordinator. I had the opportunity to travel to Kenya, and to use our social media relevance to participate in radio shows in Nairobi! For projects and opportunities on Workaway, I'd love to build and improve social media engagement.
Another skill I have, and wish to share, is facilitating sessions and activities in children's and adults' camps. I have participated in several, notably South Africa Rotary Club's annual "Camp Quality", a week-long camp for children in the terminal stages of cancer. This, and the Nan Hua Temple's Children's Camp (a Buddhist Temple in Pretoria), shaped some of the most special moments of my life.
