Hi!
We are Catherine and Mattias, a canadian-belgian couple.
We are currently traveling by bicycles 🚲 around the world.
We started the trip in March 2023 and biked from Europe to Central Asia to East Asia.
Winter is coming, so we are ready to set our bikes aside and continue this great adventure by doing Workaway! We both have many experiences with Wwoofing so volunteering for longer periods is not new to us.

Mattias and me cherish special memories concerning volunteering. In 2017, we have met in Finland while working on a farm. We share since then a beautiful story together ❤

Through out our lifes, we volunteered in 10 different countries.
We believe that it's one of the best ways to meet and connect with people, their environments and cultures. On top of that, there is this satisfying feeling of contributing and helping others to realize their projects. Also, it's pure inspiration for us!

Mattias has excellent manual skills (woodworking, gardening, sewing, building, etc.)
He is methodical, tidy, organized, motivated and a fast learner.
One of his last project was designing and building a yurt.

About me, I am versatile and I enjoy learning new skills. I always invest myself while working. I have particular interests in gardening, cooking, baking, creative projects, animal care, taking care of kids and households.

More personally, we are friendly, respectful and peaceful. We enjoy very much connecting and sharing with others.
