I’m very interested in activities related to animals and both social and environmental sustainability.

Hi everyone!

My name is Carlo, I’m 28 years old, I’m Italian and I live in the city of Milan, Italy.

I work in quality control in the fashion industry, and I have a strong passion for sustainability and animals.
My other biggest passions are combat sports, art, food, and cooking.

I joined the Workaway platform because I truly believe in volunteering, and I’m convinced that mutual collaboration can always lead to great results—especially when guided by humility and kindness.

On a social level, I was involved for about a year in a project called “Pugni Chiusi” ("Closed Fists"), where, together with other volunteers, we taught boxing to inmates and prison officers. The idea was to show how sport can be an amazing tool for life outside the gym as well—because it teaches the value of cooperation and respect for rules.

I hope these few lines give you a small glimpse of who I am, and hopefully there will be a chance to get to know each other better soon!
