Happy healthy energetic woman who loves to meet and help others. Im a published author, life coach and 2 time Ironman Triathlete who has been living and traveling abroad since 2007. My former career is in sales and marketing in the luxury arena and have one grown daughter. I have experience in wine industry in Italy, spa and wellness in Bali, hotel and property management in USA. I am a sailor and have lived aboard all over the world. I collect experiences rather than stuff ! I am into healthy eating, yoga, water activites, inspiration and the mind/body connections.
