Hello,
We are Sander and Laura. We are 27 and 26 years old. Laura is a nurse and Sander is an elementary school teacher. Over the past few years we have combined different jobs and projects to start our big journey. For example, Sander has done a woodworking course for 2 years and Laura has devoted her time to helping victims of violence. We both have years of experience in the hospitality industry and are socially inclined. We have been in a youth movement and are family people. We are currently traveling together through Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Australia. We are happy to take on any experience that comes our way.
We speak Dutch and English fluently, and enough French to get by ;). Sander already has experience with Work-away. In January he worked for a week at a donkey sanctuary. During our trip we are looking for nice people to share experiences with and want to get a taste of daily life abroad.
