Hola,
I'm Ayşen, I’m an artist, art teacher, yoga and meditation instructor from Istanbul, Turkey.
I studied visual art and taught visual art to people of different ages, from kindergarten to elderly people 15 years...
I worked at schools, community education centers, yoga studios, and also many different word that I done with volunteered.

I have started doing yoga in 2013 and it has a profound effect on my life, physically, mentally, emotionally, and even creatively.. I have been taking many teacher trainings on hatha yoga, vinyasa, tao-vinyasa, Yin and restorative yoga, kids that's and so on...
I’ve started teaching yoga in 2015 and since then I always been active in doing and teaching yoga and meditation, organizing workshops, events and retreats...
Also, I’ve been practicing many different kinds of yoga, meditation, dance, skinner releasing techniques so on.

I’m a Thai yoga massage therapist also. I got my first training in ITM in Chaing Mai, Thailand then work more on Thai Massage with some European teachers...

I have a new passion to facilitate art experiences called Intuitive Painting which is yoga, meditation, dance, and many more combined with the painting process and we are using painting as a tool for reaching the meditative point of creativity... I would like to try some workshop on my way...

I’ve been volunteering for more than 10 years and working with many different places and doing many kinds of job...
I always be so happy to meet with good people and share my time and my skill...
I also love to learn new things, as a passionate teacher, everything starts with loving learning process...

My other passions in life are; climbing on trees and rocks, eating from fruit trees, watching sunsets and sunrises, dancing, traveling, meeting new cultures and people, getting new perspectives, and understanding a new way of life.
I really enjoy the cultural exchange, learning new languages, and even a few words :) artistic skills and food as well... generally learning from life...
I love nature and animals, and care about our planet and mother nature a lot... so interested in sustainable living, recycling, and upcycling...
My wishes exchange dreams, ideas, experiences, knowledge, culture, and language...
