Description

Hello! My name is Audrey and I am currently fulfilling a lifelong dream to travel around Japan. I’m in Japan for a month and a half to travel to the more touristy areas, but I would love to do a workaway to get a more authentic experience.

Traveling has always been a passion of mine. I studied abroad in Barcelona during college, then I traveled for 2 months around Europe. I backpacked around South East Asia for 3 months in 2025. During that backpacking adventure, I met a Taiwanese family during a cooking class, and ending up staying with them for a few days in Taiwan. That was one of the best experiences of my travels.

When I’m not traveling, I live in one of the most beautiful areas of the USA called Bellingham, located in Washington State. There is an extra bedroom in my house, so I would love to host as well someday! I have lots of experience with cooking, cleaning, babysitting, gardening and many other skills. If there is a skill I do not know, I can learn it quickly. I am also very clean, quiet, and respectful.

One more thing: my boyfriend and his family are from Japan, so I would love to learn the language to be able to speak with them more in Japanese.

I look forward to experiencing the different cultures by staying and helping out local folks!
