Description

I’ve lived and worked across Europe and South Asia, contributing to various sustainability and food-related projects. While I haven’t used Workaway before, I’ve been involved in diverse initiatives ranging from human-wildlife conflict management and coral bleaching research to building wastewater treatment plants at tea estates.

I started out in a small town in India, growing up with animals and working early on in tea estates and farmlands as a project assistant for UNICEF. Since then, my journey has taken me into sustainability, clean tech, and food entrepreneurship. During my master’s in the Netherlands, I supported myself through work in kitchens and hospitality, and later started a vegan cloud kitchen in Amsterdam (@burritodelhi). Though it didn’t take off commercially, it led me to explore fusion dishes and eventually document them at @intrusivekitchen.
