Hi, we are Yue/Ashley (25) and Jingzhi/George (29) from China, currently studying computer science and psychology in the Netherlands.

We are an energetic and outgoing couple, thrilled to embark on the adventurous journey of Workaway and make a positive impact! We are excited to have the opportunity to connect with people, cultures, and projects while sharing our skills and enthusiasm. We believe that by working together, we can create wonderful and meaningful experiences.

We aspire to explore the world by stepping out and continuously connecting with people. It is one of our ways to understand the world better.
We enjoy watching documentaries, attending live music performances, watching movies, and visiting exhibitions to get a glimpse of different cities.
We find solace in walking amidst nature, rejuvenating our energy. We believe that each city has its unique scent, which you can sense in the early morning or during the night.
We also indulge in sports, meditation, and engaging conversations.

- Community Service: Volunteer work, support for community projects, etc. (Familiarity: 🌟🌟🌟, We have experience working with art galleries and volunteer organizations.)
Animal Care: Farm animals, pet sitting, and wildlife conservation. (Familiarity: 🌟🌟🌟, We have experience raising cats and are avid cat enthusiasts! We would love the opportunity to interact with other animals.)

Yue & Jingzhi aka Ashley & George are the nicest people, they have such good karma, good energy, often such a great happy energy, very open and very honest..., good humor, nice stories to tell.

They just moved into our hearts straight away, everything about them just felt so natural, almost like we've known them for a longer time....

We had som… read more bnb guests while Ashley & George was here and those guests seemed to love them as well, they had such a good time hanging out, our bnb guests shared their wine with Ashley & George and they laughed a lot.

Ashley and George are the nicest people we've met in a long time. They felt so safe and relaxed to be around.

They helped us with cleaning and tidying up, and they did such a lovely job with this. And they were always very flexible with their time.
They also did a lot of things without being asked, like emptying the dishwasher and filling out up again etc

One time we had to wake them up in the middle of the night bc we had forgot our keys and we got home late from the festival. I was afraid they would get scared and maybe annoyed, but they were so helpful and calm, got up in the middle of the night to open the front door for us 😍 so sweet of them. 😍

Since my daughter and I was at a festival downtown some of the time Ashley and George were here, there was not a lot of work for them to do, and bc of that it was really wonderful they were willing to be flexible with their time. They didn't have to be, but they just were, that felt so loving and friendly.

They also helped us gather tents at the festival site, and they were so helpful with that even though it was a bit of a strange task to help with.

One night they cooked for us, George is a really good cook. It was a mix of different meals so there was lots to choose from.

My daughter really enjoyed being around Ashley and George, they played some games and laughed, they were always interested in her skills, her drawings, her life, and she just loves them.

They are the most generous people we've met in a long time, one day they brought us flowers, they bought some goodies for Miwsi, our cat, they lended us their polaroid camera and we were told we could just use the rest of the film in there (a lot of photos), they bought wine for us, they bought food... And in the end of their stay they gave my daughter such a sweet present, one of her favorite brand of teddy bears 😍Thank you so much for "spoiling" us...😁😍😘

I'm sorry it took so long time before this review was ready, I had written one and I thought it went public, but it was lost in cyberspace some how maybe. Then later I started writing a new one, but then I was distracted by events in life and when I returned it was all gone... So thank you for being patient with me ♥️

We must say, the 10 days we spent with Leyilah, Momo, Micheal, and Miwsi were absolutely wonderful!
It wasn't just because Skanderborg is so hygge, or the frequent beautiful sunsets we witnessed from the balcony, or the times we spent daydreaming by the lake and walking in the forest (Leyilah's home is very close to both).
