I'm a classically trained chef and have a hunting license in germany.
I have been working in restaurants for about 5 years now and have a little experience with gardening/agriculture from working at a farm for a few months and helping family with gardening.
So I can help with anything Food and cooking related and I would love to help with any agricultural or other plant/animal related activities.
I have some experience with computers and can probably help with most usual things in that field.
I'm also able/open to do any household related or otherwise physical work.

Anton is an good young helper, very interest to learn more about food in general.
Help the farm in two important activities of this moment, apply the cob in the wood shelters and picking rock in the field.

I had the great fortune of staying with Luois and Giulia for one month in March and it was an experience if have yet to find at another workaway stay. The communal feeling between everyone, being made through sharing work, meals and most of the other activities, is something I haven't experienced yet.

I had an amazing time staying with Peter and Lucia.

The stay was very comfortable in their very cozy house and with the truly amazing food provided by Lucia.
She is a wealth of knowledge regarding cooking and specifically the utilisation of usually discarded parts of ingredients and foraging.
