Hey there fellow workawayers and hosts :)
I'm Anne (20) from Leipzig, Germany.
I just finished my A-Levels last summer and always wanted to do a gap year before starting university, so I currently travelling to see other places and meet new people.
I'd say I'm a very active person in many views. Since many years I play soccer in a club but I generally like all sports.
In school I was part of the student's council where we helped organizing activities and events or engaged ourself for a more ecofriendly school life.
I do also enjoy reading a good book (preferably in the hammock) or watching a movie.
Camping, hiking and canoeing are further passions I usually share with my friends.

Concerning jobs, I obviously dont have a lot of experience given the circumstances that I just finished school but I still already tried some things. In the beginning always related to school via internships (kindergarten, eventmanagement, architecture, later also as minijobs. I did an 2-week intership in a summer outdoor-holidaycamp in 2022. In the past 2-3 years I babysitted every now and then and did some tutoring. Nowadays, when I'm in Leipzig I occasionally work at events and in the gastronomy.
