Hi!

We are Caterina and Alice, two friends from the North of France. We met through a longboard community a few years ago and decided to travel together for a couple of months.

We both have different but complementary backgrounds: Alice's studies focused on cultures, languages and books while Caterina's studies were about photography, videography and graphic design.

We have experiences with:
- children and teaching (French teacher for refugees, homework help and BAFA diploma for community centers)
- farm work (cattle station in the Australian Outback, grape picking)
- hospitality (hotels and bookstores)
- event planning (literatureXchange, Festival des livres d'en haut, local longboard contests)

We are looking forward to spending quality time with locals . We are enthousiastic to learn as much as we can about cultures and languages from our hosts and we would be so happy to be part of their everyday life. We very much enjoy calm times as much as playful times (card games, boards games). We are easy-going and flexible.

Outdoors activities (horses, hiking, swimming) are a big plus. We practice several sports: longboard, yoga, gym, hip-hop dance, climbing, snowboarding, skiing and biking).

Artistic activities that fill in our time:
- Caterina works on music production (don't worry, she has headphones!)
- Alice writes poetry and draws comics

We take a great pleasure discussing about cultural matters, philosophy and brainstorming new ideas.
We stick to a positive attitude and always try to make the most out of any situation.

It is also important to us to have moments where we can enjoy our grandma tea book silent moments.
