    Extensive experience in marine and terrestrial conservation programs, collaborating with organizations dedicated to protecting wildlife and ecosystems.
    Active involvement in community development initiatives, working closely with local populations to create sustainable solutions.

    Eco-Tourism & Hospitality Management:

    Currently managing tourism camps in Baja California, where we host international visitors for gray whale watching expeditions.

    Skilled in guest services, camp operations, logistics, and hospitality, ensuring unforgettable experiences for travelers.

    Education & Professional Expertise:

    Alejandro: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, with hands-on experience in Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, the U.S., Greece, and Ecuador.

    Joans: Master’s degree in Environmental Management, with work experience in Ecuador, Costa Rica, South Africa, Mexico, and the U.S..

    I am an active and a positive person, I love physical work but I am good with technology too.
    Among my skill set I have a post degree in Tourism, I have worked in childcare, marine conservation, animal welfare and community development in the Volunteering industry for over 7 years.
    I am a scuba diver and I give good use of other nature sports equipment, like mountainbikes, kayaks, ropes, etc.
    I am good with reports, finances and customer/partners relationships.
    I am an EFR Instructor trainer, so you will be safe around me.
