Hello!

My name is Aiden, I’m from the Uk and have taken a year off work to travel the world!

I’ve always loved the ocean but the UK isn’t know for its good weather and warm seas… So I’ve always dreamt of coming to Asia to fulfil my dreams of diving in beautiful waters with amazing wildlife and they have finally come true!

I’ve been travelling Asia for over 6 months now am looking for somewhere to stay for a while to share my experiences along the way and learn some new ones. I am happy to help out in anyway possible and if some of my skills can be of use that would be a pleasure.

I am interesting in learning from locals other languages, staying for an extended period of time in one place I would prefer to be able to communicate with locals in their native language as I believe this helps you connect easier with others and is polite.

I am a software engineer by trade so I can help out with any IT issues, or web development.

I also like to think of myself as a bit of a handy man I have repaired my car (too many times) from simple things like air filters and thermostats to new water pumps and timing belts. All self taught so I pick up things quick and am good at problems solving. I have also done some minor construction work including labouring, electrics, paving, scaffolding.

I am very determined and am willing to work hard at all jobs given to me, I can work independently and can be trusted to complete work to a high standard also with a positive attitude and smile.

So I am an avid thrill seeker I have my Padi Advanced Open water certification.

I enjoying diving, snorkelling, fishing, rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking and motorbiking.

I am an outgoing energetic individual who enjoys nature and will be happy to chat to anyone.

I have travelled a lot of Europe and the majority of south east Asia learning lots about different cultures and ways of life and would like to keep learning and also share this knowledge, I also have a few crazy stories to tell along the way :) Maybe this work away will be a chance to make some more!
