Hi! I can't wait to meet you all. I'm new here but not new to travelling. I have been to 30+ countries now and I always prefer to stay with locals, whether it be friends or strangers, I find it more conducive to experiencing the local culture.

I grew up in a very multicultural area of Toronto, but have been living in Montreal for a decade now. I speak English and French fluently, advanced Italian and Spanish, and beginners Portuguese and Arabic. Languages and cultures are one of my main special interests, the third being art. I love to paint, sculpt, sew, film, etc etc. I also have a lot of experience with DIY home improvement.

Other skills include social media (I previously worked as a social media manager), math, and I'm a hobby chef. I'm happy to clean too, gardening would be lovely! I also have practiced yoga for over 10 years, and Pilates 2 years.

In terms of my personality, I'm quite open-minded and easy-going. I am somewhat of an introvert, but I have my social moments too. I understand I have no references on this website, so I hope someone gives me a chance! Id be happy to provide external references, including my boss.

I have a bachelor of arts in International Development and Economics. Currently I'm working in the AI field, but I have previously worked as a social media manager and in various roles in the service industry. I'm skilled in writing at an academic and professional level.

I would be happy to teach any of the 4 languages I speak well (English, French, Italian, or Spanish).

I do have experience with childcare as well. I love kids and would be ecstatic to spend time with yours! I'm also a decent chef and baker.
