Hi!
I'm Abby, I'm from the UK but I am living in Spain. I work in a school teaching English and arts and in my free time I'm working on my photography, finding ways to share it other than just as an empty soul on social media. Part of my travel experience is about taking and sharing a story through my photos.

I've used workaway in the past and I am now back on it again, in search of a more meaningful way to travel instead of just travelling for the sake of it. I want to connect with the locals, immerse in the culture and give back to the community.

I'm a hardworker and have versatile skills from taking on many opportunities that this life has thrown at me. I have also prove that I'm a quick learner.

-I have computer skills- from PC to Macs, editing programmes, Microsoft and so on.
-I enjoy working with the public. In England, I worked at a fast-food bakery and also had a job as a barwoman/waitress. I learnt how to deal with customers, sell products, clean, work within a team and was always a fast learner.
-Teaching skills - I have 5 years experience teaching English in a classroom. I am also teaching arts now.
-exhibition/curating - in England I helped set up various exhibitions of young people's work, managing the exhibitions, to planning and invigilating.
For 8 years I particpated, work and was a board member of a charity arts organistation in England, which provided me with a lot of useful tools for example, creating exhibitions, working with vulnerable and disadvantage people, making quick decisions and improvising when necessary.
