  Our hostel is a cozy and quiet place built mostly with local materials like bamboo, bamboo cane, wood, straw shawl, etc. Giving it a unique and harmonious environment surrounding naturalza. Located in Mompiche, a village fisherman and surfer with one of the best left waves for all Ecuador and surfers.
  We have rooms for 2,3,4 and 6 people, restaurant, surf shop and bicycle rental.
  My name is Gilberto am the owner of the hostel and also the chef of the restaurant, my priorities are always able to give the best care and the best service to all tourists and volunteers who visit us, also to exchange knowledge, ideas, languages ​​and cultures tourists and foreigners in order to grow as a company and as individuals volunteers.
  Inside the hostel we are always innovating and creating new things which will always be good to have volunteers around the world to create a mixture of ideas and mutual beneficial, mompiche is ideal for volunteers who love surfing, nature, contact intercultural since you can surf, work, and live in a relaxed and unique atmosphere that only you can offer mompiche.
  
  Nuestra hostel es un sitio acojedor y tranquilo construido en su mayoria con materiales de la zona como bambu, cana guadua, madera, paja toquilla, etc. Lo que le da un ambiente unico y armonico con la naturalza que lo rodea. Ubicado en Mompiche, un pueblito surfer y de pescadores con una de las mejores olas izquierdas del Ecuador para todos los que practican el surf.
  Tenemos habitaciones para 2,3,4 y 6 personas, restaurant, surfshop y renta de bicicletas.
  Mi nombre es Gilberto soy el propietario del hostal y tambien el chef del restaurant, mis prioridades siempre son poder dar la mejor atencion y el mejor servicio a todos los turistas y voluntarios que nos visitan, tambien poder intercambiar conocimientos, ideas, idiomas y culturas con turistas y voluntarios extranjeros para asi poder crecer como empresa y como personas.
  Dentro del hostal siempre estamos innovando y creando nuevas cosas por la cual siempre sera bueno contar con voluntarios de todo el mundo para asi crear una mezcla de ideas y beneficos mutuos, mompiche es ideal para voluntarios que les guste el surf, la naturaleza, el contacto intercultural ya que puedes surfear, trabajar, y vivir en un ambiente unico y relajado que solo te puede ofrecer mompiche.

  BABYSISTER.- We need a babysister to help us with our kid from 1 year and a half, we need a very happy person and friendly with babys, will be better if you have expierernce about 1 year with babysistin.

  - Social areas cleaning, housekeeping, reception, tourist information, customer service, surfshop attention.
  
  For these activities we need people with expertise in hospitality and tourism, basic computer skills, chefs, and charismatic and joyful people wanting to have a unique experience in mompiche shirt.
  
  2. CONSTRUCTION and maintenance
  activities:
  - Painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, ebaneria, surf logging repair, maintenance and repair of bicycles, bamboo work.
  
  Arguments of courses for those skilled in carpentry, surfing, bicycles, engineers, architects, gardeners are required.
  
  3. organic garden
  activities:
  - Creation of organic garden, garden irrigation and drainage, soil preparation for organic garden, harvesting, production of organic products and preserves, planting cocoa, onion, tomato, pepper, chili, and other vegetables and fruits in the area.

  Mompiche es un pueblo de surfers y pescadores en el cual puedes conectarte con la naturaleza y vivir una experiencia unica, si te gusta el surf, la playa el sol y el entorno natural con monos aulladores, tucanes y muchas especies de aves, mompiche es el sitio para tu voluntariado, solo tienes que tener las ganas y listo.
  Mompiche tiene una de las mejores olas izquierdas del pais.
