Description
We are a family of two human beings (Franck and Ilyes) and two adorable dogs (Marshall and Barry). Franck works 2 days a week, he's kind of a failed artist 😅 who loves to read and seeks to archive a simple ecological way of living. Ilyes is a computer science engineer who makes his own bread, loves his friends and family, and enjoys all the simple pleasures of life. Marshall and Barry are dogs, so they eat, sleep, play and love a nice sniffling in the forest.
We spend most of our time at home, helping with renovations of our house and taking care of our 'used to be' abandoned garden (planting trees, preparing the design of the futur permaculture garden, zen areas, etc) and we are looking after our two small and so cute chickens that provide us eggs.
The house is located in the city center.
Smokers/non smokers, vegetarians/non vegetarians, lgbts or not, any existent human being, are welcomed in here.

Accommodation
A spare double bed room with an east exposed window into our beautiful garden, we enjoy cooking together and we prefer that the Workawayer shares this plaisir with us.
What else ...
Thiers is an old medieval town that brings lot of tourist all year long. You can visit the streets and enjoy some nice architecture or push the door of an art exhibition or a craftsman shop. We also have bars, shops and anything a small town can provide.
The nature is not so far. Walk less than 20 minutes from the house to start walking into the woods. But if you really want to go into deep nature a car would be necessary (we don't have one). Trains an bus can also bring you to some cities around, cultural visits and beautiful nature areas to walk in.
