Description
We are located in Maremma Toscana in Civitella Paganico. We produce organic wine and olive oil and we rent, as a farmhouse, 6 apartments. In our winery we ferment, age and bottle red, rosé and white wines. At the end of October, we pick the olives and we bring them to "frantoio" to work them and we then bring them home to bottle them and make our extra virgin olive oil.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
During summer we usually have guests coming from northern Europe and a smaller proportion coming from Italy. Our hosts are usually families and it's always interesting to get to know different cultures and lifestyles over a glass of wine. You'll become part of our little family in welcoming guests and making them feel at home, chatting over apritivo and showing them what the Italian culture has to offer!

Help
We are looking for a little help managing guests during our high season, which typically runs from June to the end of September. The work will consist in checking our guests in, a little help with the daily cleaning (pool, garden etc) and with serving dinner three times a week. Also, if you are looking for some peace in the middle of nature, we always have something to do around the farmhouse, the vineyards, and fruit trees.

We offer a bedroom with your private ensuite bathroom, and AC as well. To cook your meals, you can use the restaurant’s kitchen. Salary is going to be around 600€/month.

Our farmhouse is located in the middle of nature, near a little town, Civitella Paganico. Nearby you'll find all the bare necessities. If needed, a bike will be provided, but if you have a car, all the better! The closest town is Grosseto, only 15min by car and 30min by bus, Siena is also quite close (40min by car, 1h by bus). Florence is 1h away by car, 2 by bus. The coast is really close and if you want to have a swim at the sea, Castiglione is only 30min away! Last but not least there are plenty of cultural sites nearby!
