  Description

  An old Farmyard in the South of Burgenland. It is on top of a little Hill, with a great View to the Mountains and over the Woods.
  Right now, Rebecca, Thomas and Finni the cat live here. There are also other people here from time to time, as guests, helping out and giving or recieving one of the things we offer here. In the next years, some Sheep with a Herder, Kids and probably some long-term-guests will follow.
  
  Rebecca is working with People, helping them to get into touch with themselves again. She likes to be creative and loves the Nature.
  Thomas is a professional carpenter and has learned some other handcrafts as well. He loves gardening and making music.
  
  Alter Bauernhof im Südburgenland. Er liegt idyllisch auf einer Hügelkuppe mit Ausblick in die Ferne und über den Wald. Das Grundstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und 1ha groß. Momentan leben hier Rebecca, Thomas und die Katze Finni. Es sind immer wieder Menschen hier, zu Besuch, zum Mithelfen, an einem Angebot teilzunehmen oder um den Platz für eigene Zwecke zu nutzen. In den nächsten Monaten / Jahren werden sich noch Schafe mit Hüterin, Kinder und vielleicht noch vieles mehr dazugesellen.
  
  Rebecca begleitet Menschen auf verschiedenen Wegen und bringt sie wieder mit ihrer Berührbarkeit in Kontakt. Neben ihrer sozialen und kreativen Ader, lebt sie auch ihre Liebe zur Natur hier am Wildnishof aus.
  Thomas ist professioneller Tischler, betreibt hobbymäßig auch andere Handwerke, liebt das Gärtnern und die Musik.

  We are experienced in gardening and edible wild plants, handcrafts and arts for many years.
  We will work together a lot, where you can profit from our knowledge, skills and enthusiasm. During work or the meals we have together, there will be a lot of time to talk about whatever interests you.

  Help

  In the Garden, the Farmyard and with the old buildings, there is always some work to do. We'd like to have some help here now and then, and can offer a warm and honest company and have gathered knowledge about handcrafts, art and gardening for many years.
  We don't run the Farm as a business, we just produce for our own need. The animals we keep are more like pets then farm animals.
  We will need your help in the garden (growing veggies, picking fruit, mowering the lawn, cutting the hedges,...), with handcrafts for caring about the buildings, for caring about the firewood and also maybe in the household.
  
  Im Garten, auf dem Grundstück und bei den alten Häusern gibt es immer was zu tun. Wir wünschen uns hier von Zeit zu Zeit Hilfe und können im Gegenzug dafür langjährige handwerkliche, künstlerische und gärtnerische Erfahrung anbieten.
  Wir betreiben keine Erwerbs-Landwirtschaft, sondern nur für unseren Eigenbedarf. Tiere halten wir nur als Haustiere, nicht als Nutztiere.
  Wir benötigen deine Hilfe sowohl im Obst- und Gemsüegarten, als auch bei der Grundstückspflege (Rasen mähen, Hecke schneiden,...) bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten zur Instandhaltung der Gebäude, beim Schneiden, Hacken und Schlichten von Brennholz, vielleicht auch mal im Haushalt.

  Accommodation

  You can stay in the Yourt with a great View over the Woods and compost-toilet (on the outside). Or in the guest-room, as soon as it is completed. We can host 1-2 Volunteers at the same time, usually your stay will be for 2-3 days.
  We offer vegan/vegetarian food, seasonal, organic and mostly fresh cooked. We are tolerant if you prefer different kinds of food, as long as we don't have to prepare it.
  
  Als Unterkunft dient eine winterfeste Jurte mit Kompost-Toilette (außerhalb) und mit Blick auf den Wald. Alternativ kann im Gästezimmer übernachtet werden, sobald dieses fertig gestellt ist. Wir können 1-2 Freiwillige gleichzeitig beherbergen, üblicherweise kann der Aufenthalt 2-3 Tage dauern.
  Die Verpflegung ist vegan/vegetarisch, saisonal, biologisch und meistens frisch gekocht. Wir sind tolerant gegenüber anderen Ernährungsvorlieben, wenn wir es nicht zubereiten müssen.

  Es gibt Internetempfang, aber wir können keinen Zugang zur Verfügung stellen. Die Mitarbeit wird vorwiegend offline sein. We have Internet-Connection, but we can't offer you access, you have to provide it for your own. Your Voluteer-Work will be mostly offline.

  Space for parking camper vans

  Es gibt einen schönen Stellplatz in der Wiese neben der Straße. Dort gibt es keinen Strom- und Wasseranschluss. Du kannst Strom in der Werkstatt nutzen und unser Badezimmer. There is a nice Place for Caravans in the meadows next to the Street. There is no electricity or water, but you can use electricity in die Workshop and our bath.

  Can possibly accept pets

  Hunde, die sich zu benehmen wissen, sind herzlich willkommen. Es ist nicht durchgehend eingezäunt und wir haben eine Katze (und bald Schafe) Andere Haustiere bitte anfragen. Dogs who know to behave are very welcome. There is no fence all the way around and we have cat (and soon sheep). For other pets please ask.
