Description
i am an organic farmer/advocate running an organic farm specializing in the production of veggies & herbs, free-range chickens & natural pigs. we sell most of our produce at the community market in makati every saturday. we do organic farming seminars & workshops, farm planning & set-up, including farm internships. we are networked with several family farms around the philippines.
we currently working on an island project in lake taal & volcano, napayong island ecovillage. we shall develop a small backpackers haven by the lakeshore, then an intentional community and artist colony, including our organic farming.
we have indefinitely postpone the opening of napayong island ecovillage due to the taal volcano eruption. we have evacuated the island and now back at the farms, which we are rebuilding. your volunteering effort shall be focused at our special module of 2,700 square meters sustainable integrated organic mini farm of our 4-hectare herbana farms.Types of help and learning opportunities

We actually haven't been to the farm and directly went to the Island located on the Taal Volcano Lake. Gil have a project of creating a backpacker-trekker resort there and also an artist village. The island is great, we both felt like Robinsons during 2 weeks.

Friends & families came enjoying their time there, they looked free.
I also stayed in the island.
I felt back to the old time.
There was sometimes strong wind blowing, it was like god, awe inspiring.
