Description
We live on a small holding in the mountains of piedmont italia at 1000 m altitude, located in a borgata of 6 houses, 3 km from san damiano macra, the nearest village popn 400, and a further 7 km from dronero, popn 7000, and 30 from cuneo the provincial capital, 100 00 popn, 100 km from Turin , 1 000 000. Surprisingly good public transport links.
We have various outdoor projects that we are looking for help with.

Workawayers will learn what mountain living in piedmont means, we speak english, french, welsh, italian, piedmontesi and occitan, some of our members are musicians and artists, others intellectuals, former university professors in political and ecological economy, we have a small multilingual library, contact with other local residents will be extremely enriching and there is a large amount of cultural events organised in the vicinity

We have two houses, one 125m2 the other 75m2, a 70m2 barn and approx 5000 m2 of cultivable land, and 1000 m2 of woodland available to be exploited. Grangia is a mountain smallholding that we are seeking to develop further as a agritouristic non profit making cooperative.
