  My name is Ylenia and I'm 29, I live with my 8 year old son and my partner.
  We are looking for a reliable, sunny and sociable person who likes to be in company even with children.
  The child already has a basic understanding of both Spanish and English, a native Spanish speaker would be great!
  Both my partner and I are good Latin American dancers, so you can come with us to dance, or take advantage of having free dance lessons.

  Accommodation

  First floor apartment with 3 bedrooms (one of which is dedicated to the guest), 1 bathroom, living room and open space kitchen, 2 terraces. The apartment is about 200 meters from the sea and around it there are all the amenities: children's school, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, clothing stores, other shops, parks, beauty centres, hairdressers and much more. Purely Mediterranean cuisine, varied and with healthy foods. Both excellent cooks. Ylenia bread lover with a site that talks about the subject, yeasts, flours.
  
  Appartamento al primo piano con 3 stanze (di cui una dedicata all'ospite), 1 bagno, salotto e cucina openspace, 2 terrazzi.
  L'appartamento è a circa 200 metri dal mare e intorno ci sono tutte le comodità: scuola del bimbo, supermercati, pizzerie, ristoranti, negozi di abbigliamento, altri negozi, parchi, centri estetici, parruchieri e molto altro.
  Cucina prettamente mediterranea, varia e con alimenti salutari.
  Entrambi ottimi cuochi.
  Ylenia amante del pane con un sito che parla dell'argomento, lieviti, farine.

  What else ...

  Means of transport: nearby airports, Rimini and Falconara less than 50km away. Railway station about 300 meters from the house, bus stop about 50 meters. Two cycle paths, one of which runs along the sea and the other the hinterland both a few meters from the house. Possibility of having a bicycle, and, if licensed, also the possibility of using the car for short trips. In their spare time, the helpers could go to the sea (which is a few meters away), to the various discos, to amusement parks, all within a few kms of distance. The place has an active social life as the beach is full of kiosks and small bars especially in the summer. The Marche region is full of culture and cities of art, a few km away we have Urbino (UNESCO city), the Frasassi Caves, Senigallia, Pesaro, on the regional borders Rimini and the State of SanMarino. In about 3 hours by train, you can reach Rome, Bologna, Florence, etc.. Less than 50 km away you can reach the mountains, Monte Catria, Monte Nerone, etc. My partner is a great connoisseur of geography culture, places and traditions, in this way the guest will be able to fully enjoy the realities of our territory and make the most of his time.
  
  Mezzi di trasporto: aeroporti nelle vicinanze, Rimini e Falconara a meno di 50 km. Stazione ferroviaria a circa 300 metri da casa, fermata autobus a circa 50 metri.
  Due piste ciclabili la quale una costeggia il mare e l'altra l'entroterra entrambe a pochi metri da casa.
  Possibilità di avere una bicicletta, e, se patentata anche la possibilità di utilizzare l'auto per piccoli spostamenti.
  Gli aiutanti nel loro tempo libero potrebbero andare al mare (il quale è a pochi metri), nelle varie discoteche, nei parchi divertimenti il tutto a pochi km di distanza. Il luogo ha un'attiva vita sociale in quanto la spiaggia è piena di chioschi e piccoli bar soprattutto in estate.
  La regione Marche è piena di cultura e città d'arte, a pochi km abbiamo Urbino (città UNESCO), le Grotte di Frasassi, Senigallia, Pesaro, ai confini regionali Rimini e lo Stato di SanMarino.
  In circa 3 ore con il treno, si possono raggiungere, Roma, Bologna, Firenze, ecc..
  A meno di 50 km si può raggiungere la montagna, Monte Catria, Monte Nerone, ecc..
  Il mio compagno è un gran conoscitore della geografia italiana, luoghi e tradizioni, in questo modo l'ospite potrà godere appieno delle realtà del nostro territorio e ottimizzare al meglio il suo tempo.
