Welcome to this new project from the community of Santa Cruz del Islote Colombia, we are located 2 hrs by boat from Cartagena (old Casa en el agua Hostel), We are a community where our purpose is to educate in terms of the environmental protection and the conservation of our ecosystems. For the preservation of our territory, we believe in the education, awareness of the new generations and the awareness of the people that con to visit us and enjoy of our paradise.
You will be helping 5 days a week and 2 days off.

We are located in the National park Corales del rosario and archipelago de san bernardo. A paradise with lots of diversity and our friendly, cheerful, and hardworking local staff. Almost the entire crew lives with their families on the Island of Islote, with a few others coming from the mainland so you are gonna be working side by side with them and if you don’t know much Spanish, you will learn with them. You will experience the most fresh seafood ever, because everything is the caught of the day.
Hey we are looking for young and easy going people that have knowledge about sea life, conservation and biology this is your place. We need help around the house basically with the tours, serving the meals, showing the house to the guest but as well explaining during this explain well and educate what we are doing in the house.

Dorm bed. We will provide all the meals in exchange for your work.
Your time off, you can go to the beaches around in the Archipelago, snorkel or do the water sport activities we offered to our guests.
