  Description

  We are a family of 4 members. The mother of the family is called Carolina and she is a secondary school teacher of Spanish Language and Literature. The father, Alberto, is also a high school physical education teacher. We have two children. Our oldest son, Adrián, is currently 13 years old and our youngest daughter, Leire, is 7 years old. They are both active children, who are used to meeting new people and are always open to new experiences, just like their parents.
  
  
  Somos una familia de 4 miembros. La mamá de la familia se llama Carolina y es profesora de enseñanza secundaria de Lengua Española y Literatura. El papá, Alberto, también es profesor de secundaria de educación física. Tenemos dos hijos. Nuestro hijo mayor, Adrián tiene actualmente 13 años y nuestra hija pequeña, Leire tiene 7 años. Ambos son unos niños activos, que están acostumbrados a conocer gente nueva y están siempre abiertos a nuevas experiencias, al igual que sus papás.

  For us, the most important thing is the experience of living with anyone from another country, from which both parties can learn a lot. We are open to offer our family life, with all that this entails and to participate in this family life as much as desired. Our city is small and welcoming, with a wide range of universities and very diverse training courses, as well as an attractive student life and atmosphere.
  
  Para nosotros lo más importante es la experiencia de convivencia con cualquier persona procedente de otro país, del que podemos aprender mucho ambas partes. Estamos abiertos a ofrecer nuestra vida en familia, con todo lo que ello conlleva y que se participe de esta vida familiar tanto como se desee.
  Nuestra ciudad es pequeña y acogedora, con una gran oferta universitaria y de cursos de formación muy diversos, además de una atractiva vida y de ambiente estudiantil.

  Help

  . We are interested, both for ourselves and for our children, to improve our level of English, and what better way to do it than by practicing every day. In exchange for this, we promise to give this person a room of their own with all the privacy they need. Our house is a three-storey townhouse. The room that would be available would be on the ground floor. It has heating and air conditioning, a 90X190 cm bed, wardrobe and desk, unlimited Wi-Fi and great light. In addition to his room, the person who came with us would have complete freedom of movement within our house. As we said before, the idea is that we are all a family.
  
  Nos interesa, tanto por nosotros como por nuestros hijos mejorar nuestro nivel de inglés, y qué mejor manera de hacerlo que practicando todos los días.
  A cambio de esto, nosotros nos comprometemos a darle a esta persona una habitación propia con toda la privacidad que necesite. Nuestra vivienda es un adosado de tres plantas. La habitación que estaría disponible estaría en la planta baja. Dispone de calefacción y aire acondicionado, una cama de 90X190 cm, armario y escritorio, wifi ilimitado y gran luminosidad.
  Además de su habitación, la persona que viniera con nosotros tendría total libertad de movimientos dentro de nuestra casa. Como dijimos antes, la idea es que seamos todos una familia.

  Accommodation

  We have a semi-detached house. We have 3 floors. On the first floor there is the living room, the kitchen, an outdoor patio and a bathroom and it is here, on this floor, that the room that our Workawayer will have is located. This room has heating and air conditioning. It would have a 90X190 cm bed, wardrobe and desk with chair, unlimited Wi-Fi and great light. On the first floor we have three more bedrooms along with two other bathrooms. Finally, we have a basement floor with a living room with a fireplace and a garage. Our Workawayer could have at his disposal, if he wanted it, a bicycle to use at any time. Meals in our house can be shared or if our Workawayer so wishes, he can make his own meals. We would like it to be something joint in which both parties participate equally, but what is best for everyone can be agreed upon.
  
  
  Tenemos una casa tipo adosado. Disponemos de 3 plantas. En la primera planta está el salón, la cocina, un patio exterior y un baño y es aquí, en esta planta donde se ubica la habitación de la que dispondrá nuestro Workawayer. Esta habitación dispone de calefacción y aire acondicionado. Tendría una cama de 90X190 cm, armario y escritorio con silla, wifi ilimitado y una gran luminosidad.
  En la primera planta tenemos tres habitaciones más junto con otros dos baños. Por último, tenemos una planta sótano con una salón con chimenea y un garaje.
  Nuestro Workawayer podría tener a su disposición, si así lo quisiera, una bicicleta para usar en cualquier momento.
  Las comidas en nuestra casa pueden ser conjuntas o si así lo quisiera nuestro Workawayer, podría hacer sus propias comidas. A nosotros nos gustaría que fuera algo conjunto en lo que participemos por igual ambas partes, pero se puede acordar lo que sea mejor para todos.

  What else ...

  We consider ourselves an open and tolerant family, experienced in traveling the world with our children. This has taught us a lot, among other things to be open to any enriching experience. Our neighborhood is located in a residential area, in a very quiet part of the city. We have numerous green areas next to our house. The city center is about a 20-minute walk away. We also have a bus stop in front of the house that takes you directly to the center. Finally, we offer the possibility of using a bicycle to get around the city. Our region offers many attractions. Albacete is located to the east of Castilla-La Mancha. It is known worldwide for its wines and its rural tourism offer. We have a great connection with the capital, Madrid, just over 2 hours away by car or train. And also very close to the Levante coast, with its impressive beaches, just over an hour and a half away. Our Workawayer would have a lot of free time during the day, since, as we said before, his main activity is concentrated in the mornings, at 9 am and at 2 pm, summing up taking our daughter to school, and sometimes picking her up.
  
  
  Nos consideramos una familia abierta y tolerante, experimentada en viajar por el mundo con nuestros hijos. Esto nos ha enseñado mucho, entre otras cosas a estar abiertos a cualquier experiencia enriquecedora.
  Nuestro barrio se encuentra en una zona residencial, en una parte de la ciudad muy tranquila. Disponemos de numerosas zonas verdes junto a nuestra casa. El centro de la ciudad se encuentra a unos 20 minutos caminando. También disponemos de una parada de bus frente a casa que lleva al centro de forma directa. Por último, ofrecemos la posibilidad de usar una bicicleta para desplazarse por la ciudad.
  Nuestra región ofrece muchos atractivos. Albacete se encuentra al este de Castilla-La Mancha. Se le conoce mundialmente por sus vinos y su oferta de turismo rural. Tenemos una estupenda conexión con la capital, Madrid, a poco más de 2 horas en coche o tren. Y muy cerca también de la costa de Levante, con sus impresionantes playas, a poco más de una hora y media.
  Nuestro Workawayer dispondría de mucho tiempo libre al día, ya que como dijimos antes, su actividad principal se concentra en las mañanas, a las 9 y a las 14 horas, resumiéndose en llevar a nuestra hija al colegio, y en ocasiones recogerla.
