  I'm Alex, chef, farmer and musician, also really love traveling..42 years, I have this little wonderful field in the Circeo National Park territory where I produce natural saffron, and fruit like mandarines, figs etc
  
  In the same place 5 years ago I have started an artisan lab to transform this incredible ingredients. Now we have almost 50 products and an e-commerce to sell all over the world. We're focused in natural (but good) kitchen and Agroecology
  
  We are searching for open minded people wants improve kitchen (connected to our harvests) or digital marketing skills (or the 2 together :-) as we do)

  I can really say WORKING here is a deep dive in Italian cooking culture.
  
  WE PRODUCE MORE THAN 50 PRODUCTS ( CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH OUR NATURAL FRUITS, ANCIENT GRAINS HOVEN PRODUCTS, WILD HERBS UNDER OIL, ANCIENT FRUITS MUSTARDS,ECC.).
  
  We are inspired by the Italian culinary culture but we revisit and add our natural nutrition knowledge to our recipes and products.
  
  Working here is also a deep dive in the mediterranean natural agriculture. In our garden and fields (just next to Circeo National Park and Circeo Mount, 800mt from the sea) we have 100 different plant/trees/fruit species. We harvest and transform many of them for the products we produce. We're also building a mediterranean botanical garden.
  
  Working here is also an opportunity to learn Italian (I speak English and Spanish quite fluently)
  
  Who wants can also join our digital school to improve digital marketing skills to manage social communication in eco-projects and natural farms/labs
  
  We suggest to have 1 meal a day together to know each other outside working hours ( 4- 8 a day as we decide together )

  1) Kitchen Help Chef (Food Lab production of: jars with wild herbs or fruits, ancient grainshoven product also vegan and gluten free, artisan chocolate filled and covered with dry and candied fruits).

  2) Digital marketing help (Video editing, Graphics with Canva, Web design with Shopify and other Shopify Apps, Social Media posting and scheduling for our social profiles)

  - We're open in building relations and let new people join the project after a first period working together knowing each other
  
  - After the first month, if everything was ok, who wants to stay more or try to join our venture could pass from the van to the room we have in the house, next to ours room
  
  - After the first month, who wants to stay and work more on Digital Tasks con join our DIGITAL MARKETING LEARNING PLATFORM. we'll provide for a subscription that allows you to follow how many courses you want (on web design, digital marketing strategies, social media ecc.)
  
  - We have place for 2 Workawayers maximum, we also guest 2 Woofer people (similar volunteer platform)

  Accommodation

  - Vintage Roulotte (orignal '66 and '75) with 2 large beds, in our garden next to the lab. For bathroom/kitchen/fridge/laundry you will have your own in the house
  
  - We have also a room with 2 places bed for Workawayers that decide to stay and work more after the first month. We can say we're keeping that space for who wants to join the project in the future
  
  For the food we can organize to make unless 1 meal a day together (for example) in the lab's kitchen, or what could fit better

  - we're at 800 mt from the beach (San Felice Circeo gulf)
  - 600mt from the town centre where you can find grocery pharmacy and whatever
  - 1km from national park wood and mount
  
  - bikes provided by us
  - could be great to rent a car but by bike you can get everywhere
  
  - 1h & 1/2 to Rome by daily bus, many horaries(bus stop 700 mt form the farm)
