Description
Hello!
We are Mary and Andrea, an Italian couple that decided to change its life, from firm to farm! We live in a country house in Abruzzo, with 3 hectares of land, some olive trees and a vegetable garden grown in a natural way.
We are VEGAN, so we'll offer you only cruelty free meals.
We have two dogs and a cat.
To facilitate communication, knowledge of the Italian language would be greatly appreciated.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We offer the possibility of living for some time in a country house close to the sea, with plenty of land and a beautiful view.
We can prepare dinner together, so to familiarize yourself with Italian cuisine.
Furthermore, although we are not expert farmers, we can learn together how to improve a "more-than-organic" vegetable garden, applying the biologically intensive cropping systems explained by Coleman and Fortier.Help
The activities could be various, such as sowing seeds, transplanting seedlings, searching for slugs or harmful insects, prepare the soil, remove the bad plants, etc... ATTENTION: some activities could be physically hard.
The normal cooperation in the house, as maintaining clean the rooms, cooking the meals or washing the dishes, won't be considered part of the work hours.
In your free days we can organize some excursions or go to the sea!
If everything is okey and you would like to write to us, please start your message with the word "Fagioli".Languages

We live 15 minutes from Vasto, a renowned tourist city on the sea. There are many beautiful places and beaches to visit!
There are also little and interesting Italian cities nearby, like Gissi, Furci, Casalbordino...
For mountain lovers, an hour's drive is enough to get to the Majella, from where many hiking trails start.
