We are David and María Antonieta, we are 65 and 59 years old respectively, very vital and enthusiastic lovers of nature and the simple and peaceful life of our countryside in Chilean Patagonia, where we offer the possibility of accommodation and food to volunteers who want to help us in the work on the property. It is a field of 44.2 hectares. of cohigues forest and radal that reaches the Palena River in an area of 900 m. However, access is limited, so we require help to make stairs and a safe descent to the river for pedestrians. In the countryside we have a greenhouse where we grow our own vegetables. We have spring water and electricity through solar panels. We are 30 minutes from the town of Palena. In a paradisiacal place, far from the noise of the city, life is quiet and we enjoy the peace that nature provides us. At night the sky is a dark sheet full of countless stars. You can hear the sound of woodpeckers in the trees
Somos David y María Antonieta, tenemos 65 y 59 años respectivamente, muy vitales y entusiastas amantes de la naturaleza y la vida simple y apacible del nuestro campo en la Patagonia Chilena, donde ofrecemos la posibilidad de alojamiento y comida a voluntarios que quieran ayudarnos en las labores propias del predio. Es un campo de 44,2 há. de bosque de cohigues y radal que llega hasta al río Palena en una extensión de 900 mt. ;sin embargo el acceso es limitado, por lo que requerimos ayuda para poder hacer escalinatas y una bajada segura hasta el río para los peatones. En el campo tenemos invernadero donde cultivamos nuestras propias verduras. Tenemos agua de vertiente y energía eléctrica mediante paneles solares. Estamos a 30 minutos del pueblo de Palena. En un lugar paradisiáco, alejado del ruido de la ciudad, la vida es tranquila y se disfruta la paz que nos provee la naturaleza. Por la noches el cielo es una sábana oscura llena de infinidad de estrellas. Se escucha el sonido de los pájaros carpinteros en los árboles.

We have a cabin where we can provide lodging and food, but you can also stay in tents. The cabin has a refrigerator, electric light, washing machine, wood heating, there is no television. We would like to receive young people who are enthusiastic about enjoying nature in its purest state, who want to learn about the culture of Patagonia and be a contribution to our project. We speak Spanish as our native language, but we understand and speak a lot of English. The language is not limiting. We are building another cabin, so we have many carpentry tools and volunteers can learn carpentry with David, also with María Antonieta they can learn goldsmithing or learn to cook from Patagonia or learn about natural medicine through the plants of the Patagonia.
Tenemos una cabaña donde podemos dar alojamiento y comida, pero además pueden alojar en carpas. La cabaña tiene refrigerador, luz eléctrica, lavadora, calefacción a leña, no hay televisor. Nos gustaría recibir jovenes entusiastas por disfrutar de la naturaleza en su estado más puro, que quieran aprender de la cultura de la Patagonia y sean un aporte a nuestro proyecto.
Hablamos español como lengua materna, pero entendemos y hablamos bastante inglés. El idioma no es limitante.
Estamos construyendo otra cabaña, por lo que tenemos muchas herramietas de carpintería y los voluntarios pueden aprender de carpintería junto a David, también con María Antonieta podrán aprender orfebrería o aprender a cocinar de la patagonia o aprender de medicina natural a traves de la plantas de la Patagonia.

Especificamente ahora, necesitamos ayuda concreta realizando una bajada al río para peatones, mediante escalinatas de madera construidas con los mismos elementos del bosque, troncos y piedras.

Ofrecemos alojamiento y comida en nuestra cabaña, o si prefieren en carpas.... La cabaña tiene baño con ducha y agua cliente.

The countryside has thousands of trails where you can take contemplation tours on foot or bicycle tours. There are many places with beautiful views where you can practice yoga or meditation. Our idea is to receive enthusiastic young people, lovers of nature and willing to share with us our days of work and enjoyment in this little piece of paradise located in the south of the world in the middle of the most wonderful nature.
El campo tiene miles de senderos por donde pueden hacer recorridos de contemplación a pie o recorridos en bicicletas. Hay muchos lugares con vistas hermosas donde se puede practicar yoga o meditación.
Nuestra idea es recibir jovenes entusiastas, amantes de la naturaleza y dispuestos a compartir con nosotros nuestros días de trabajo y disfrute en este pedacito de paraíso enclavado en el sur del mundo en medio de la naturaleza más maravillosa.
