    Description

Our project is supported by a team of three local workers who are essential to our operations. They are skilled individuals who focus on various roles: one manages the organic farming initiatives, ensuring that our practices promote sustainability and yield healthy crops; another oversees the maintenance and development of our natural building structures; and the third assists with community outreach and engagement, connecting with locals and promoting cultural exchange.

In addition to our local team, we welcome 1-3 international volunteers each week. As a Workawayer, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with both our dedicated staff and fellow volunteers, immersing yourself in a rich learning environment.

During your stay, you will experience firsthand the methods we use in organic farming, learning about soil health, permaculture practices, and the importance of biodiversity. Our natural building techniques will offer you insight into sustainable construction methods that harmonize with the local ecosystem.

We value open communication and collaboration, encouraging you to share your skills and ideas with our local team. This cultural exchange is a two-way street; while we teach you about our practices, we are equally excited to learn from your experiences and ideas from around the world.

Expect to gain not only practical skills but also a deeper understanding of the local culture and community. Join us in this journey of growth, learning, and connection, as we create a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone involved.
