We built an Eco Resort on a rice field. In February 2017, we opened it for international guests. Since then, we have had the honour to meet some very nice people. These people have helped us out with their expertise in a variety of ways and in doing so have made us realise the potential in volunteer work. There are so many ways that we can help out the local community and one way is through education. We would like to develop a community project focused primarily on education. In doing so, i hope it can pave the way for bigger things. I also hope we could become an extendeded community hub for villagers to come and attend seminars or facilitate NGOs needing to reach out. We really would be making an active difference on the lives of Laos people. There is alot of potential for future environmental awareness projects. We would like to invite people from all walks of life to help us to make a little difference, all nationalities welcome. You would be staying at the resort and we would provide some meals and facilitate transportation arrangments.
Help with Eco project
Laos is rich in culture, diversity and natural charm. Lao people are very friendly and are always willing to help in any way they can. Laos food is very interesting and there are many delicious dishes to try. Staying and being part of a local community is a good way to experience Lao hospitality and cultural enrichment.
People with or without teaching experience can apply, teaching materials will be provided for you. The students are mostly aged from 11yrs to 20yrs old depending on which project you will be participating in.They come from poor backgrounds and don't have much opportunity to study English. Our mission is to give access to these type of language learners, build bridges with the community and create opportunities for both our volunteers and for the students.
